How do I complete a Course Waiver Request form?
The Course Waiver Request form is used in five different circumstances:
- When a student is attempting to register for a course for which they have not completed the required prerequisites, they need to complete and have signed the Course Waiver Request form.
- When a student is attempting to register for a course that has been restricted to students in a specific program and they are not registered in that program, they need to complete and have signed the Course Waiver Request form.
- When a student is attempting to register for a course that is full, they need to complete and have signed the Course Waiver Request form under Section Overload.
- When a student is attempting to register for a course that requires the instructor's approval, they need to complete and have signed the Course Waiver Request form under Instructor Consent.
- When a student is attempting to register (or re-register) for a course after the specified last day to register for a given semester, they need to complete and have signed the Course Waiver Request form under Late Add.
